Blogger, writer, literarian, word nerd, copy editor/proofreader, theological muser, coffee drinker, taco addict.

Offering freelance copy editing, line editing, proofreading and copy writing. I  specialize in reviewing written materials for a variety of audiences to ensure they are written correctly, cleanly and concisely.

During the day I specialize as a PR/marketing/communications professional. Any freelance work I take cannot pose a conflict of interest with this and I will decline the opportunity upon review.

Prices for copy editing and proofreading are negotiable, but I typically charge $30 an hour at a rate of about 6-8 pages per hour (depending on the depth of editing). I will provide an initial edit and proofread of the first few pages or paragraphs (depending on length of piece) along with thoughts/commentary for free so we can determine whether we would be a good fit.
